RESOLUTION NO. 2001-154
DESIGNATING SRF CONSULTING GROUP, INC. AS CONSULTANT FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE THE
PREPARATION OF A PRELIMINARY LAYOUT AND COST ESTIMATE
FERNBROOK LANE — 27TH AVENUE TO 34TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 1013
WHEREAS, the City wishes to determine the preliminary layout and cost to make
improvements on Fernbrook Lane from 27th Avenue to 34th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal dated March 30, 2001, to provide professional
engineering services for the Fernbrook Lane improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is authorized to
enter into a contract to secure the services of SRF Consulting Group, Inc. for professional
engineering services in accordance with their proposal dated March 30, 2001 and authorize
SRF Consulting Group, Inc. to proceed with the preparation of a preliminary layout and cost
estimate to make improvements to Fernbrook Lane from 27t1' Avenue to 34t1' Avenue.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That fiinding in the amount of $13,500 is provided from
funding as designated in the C.I.P.
