RESOLUTION NO. 2001-153
APPROVAL OF HOT MIX ASPHALT AND EMULSIFIED ASPHALT BIDS FOR 2001
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved fiinds to purchase hot mix asphalt materials for
2001; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened bids on
March 22, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bids from all bidders and that the
supplier utilized will be the one with the lowest price per ton after factoring in the cost per mile
to pick up the material, if they have the material available.
FURTHER, that the fiinding will come from the three Maintenance Division budgets,
primarily the Street Division, but also Park Maintenance and the Sewer and Water Divisions.
Adopted by the City Council on April 10, 2001.
