FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR PLYMOUTH - MINNETONKA ROTARY CLUB
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by the
Plymouth -Minnetonka Rotary Club for a raffle to be conducted on October 6, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Plymouth -Minnetonka Rotary Club for an event at the Plymouth
amphitheater, 3400 Plymouth Blvd., on October 6, 2001.
Adopted by the City Council on April 10, 2001.
