HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION 2001-142
WHEREAS, the Building Official of the City of Plymouth has attempted without
success to have the owner of certain property remedy the hazardous excavation situated on the
property at 14520 - 13th Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the excavation on the property
constitutes a hazardous excavation within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes §463.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth:
1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §463.25, the City hereby adopts and approves the
Order to Repair or Remove Hazardous Buildings attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
2. The City Attorney, Campbell Knutson, Professional Association, 317 Eagandale
Office Center, 1380 Corporate Center Curve, Eagan, Minnesota 55121, is directed to serve the
Order and to proceed with enforcement in accordance with Minnesota Statutes §463.15 et seq.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2001, by the City Council of the
City of Plymouth.
Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2001.
