HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2001-136CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2001-136 APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 LIFT STATION NO. 2 RENOVATION CITY PROJECT NO. 8030 WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following: Extra compensation to the contractor for soil correction beneath the building and directional drilling through rock; and WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Lift Station No. 2 Renovation, City Project No. 8030, is recommended for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 to Rice Lake Contracting Inc. for Lift Station No. 2 Renovation, City Project No. 8030, by adding $127,190.00 is approved: Original Contract Amount PREVIOUS CHANGE ORDERS THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $1,164,400.00 - Add $26,960.00 - Add $127,190.00 Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2001. $1,318,550.00 C Documents and SettnigsinfreeseALocal Settnigs\Temp CCR 2001-13654393 CCR 2001-136 doe
