RESOLUTION 2001-131
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH DELANO ERICKSON ARCHITECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to do fiirther study on parking issues and a third sheet of
ice at the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has negotiated a contract with Delano
Erickson Architects for said work; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of said contract,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Plymouth the
contract between Delano Erickson Architects and the City of Plymouth is hereby approved, and
further, that the fiinding for the project will be split between the Plymouth Ice Center (40%) and
park dedication fiinds (70%).
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on March 20, 2001.
