RESOLUTION NO. 2001-127
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
BLAZIN WINGS, INC., D/B/A BUFFALO WILD WINGS GRILL & BAR, 3505
VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Blazin Wings, Inc., d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 3505 Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no basis to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor License is hereby approved for Blazin Wings, Inc.,
d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 3505 Vicksburg Lane, effective March 20, 2001, through
January 31, 2002. Issuance of the license is contingent on receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy
and payment of license fees.
Approved by the City Council on March 20, 2001.
