RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000-362
AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES ON THE
FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2001 FTA CERTIFICATIONS
AND ASSURANCES FOR FEDERAL GRANT FUNDING FOR
TRANSIT VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2000-362; and
WHEREAS, said resolution authorized signatures on the Federal Fiscal Year 2000 FTA
Certifications and Assurances form as part of a federal grant application for transit vehicles;
and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has submitted Grant
Contract No. 81402 to the City of Plymouth for signatures; and
WHEREAS, the Grant Contract includes a Federal Fiscal Year 2001 FTA Certifications and
Assurances form that requires signatures; and
WHEREAS, the City Council agrees it is in its best interests to amend Resolution No. 2000-
362 to include language authorizing signatures on the Federal Fiscal Year 2001 Certifications
and Assurances form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the City of Plymouth hereby approves an amendment to City Council
Resolution 2000-362 authorizing the City Manager and the City Attorney to
sign the Federal Fiscal Year 2001 FTA Certifications and Assurances as part
of the State of Minnesota Grant Contract No. 81402 for federal fiinding of
transit vehicles.
