APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL OF COLORADO, LLC, DBIA
CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL
3425 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado, LLC, d/b/a Chipotle Mexican Grill, 3425 Vicksburg Lane;
and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no basis to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor License is hereby approved Chipotle Mexican Grill of
Colorado, LLC, d/b/a Chipotle Mexican Grill, 3425 Vicksburg Lane, effective February 28,
2001, through January 31, 2002. Issuance of the license is contingent on receipt of a Certificate
of Occupancy and payment of license fees.
Approved by the City Council on February 27, 2001.
