RESOLUTION NO. 2001-097
APPROVING ON -SALE WINE AND 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
THE NOODLE SHOP, CO. — MINNESOTA, INC., D/B/A
NOODLES AND COMPANY
3425 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor and wine license
from The Noodle Shop, Co. — Minnesota, Inc., d/b/a Noodles and Company, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates, and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor and Wine license is hereby approved for The Noodle Shop, Co. —
Minnesota, Inc., d/b/a Noodles and Company, 3425 Vicksburg Lane, for the period through
January 31, 2002.
Approved by the City Council on February 27, 2001.
