RESOLUTION NO. 2001-095
APPROVING PAYMENT TO THE
PLYMOUTH FINE ARTS COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is affiliated with the Plymouth Fine Arts Council to develop and promote
artistic learning experiences, support local artists in their creative endeavors, provide creative and artistic
viewing opportunities, and to encourage participation by individuals, families and businesses in arts
programs within our community; and
WHEREAS, the approved budgeted amount of funding for the year 2001 is $10,000; and
WHEREAS, the director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of the payment,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the Finance
Director is authorized to make payment to the Plymouth Fine Arts Council for the year 2001 in the amount
of $10,000.
Adopted by the City Council on February 27, 2001.
