RESOLUTION NO. 2001-094
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARD
WHEREAS, the City's Capital Improvement Budget includes the installation of an electronic bulletin board
on Plymouth Boulevard in front of the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, bids were received from two companies for the installation of said sign; and
WHEREAS, the low bid was submitted by Signart-L.E.D. in the amount of $44,850.79,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the award of bid is
to be made to Signart-L.E.D. in the amount of $44,850.79, and fiirther, that fiinding for this project will come
from park dedication fiinds.
Adopted by the City Council on February 27, 2001.
