RESOLUTION 2001-087
AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF MILLENNIUM GARDEN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to constrict a Millennium Garden project; and
WHEREAS, the final plans and specifications for the project have been completed; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to order materials for the constriction of the garden,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to begin constriction of the Millennium Garden,
and fiirther, that the Finance Director is authorized to transfer fiinds from the Millennium Garden
reserve account to the 401 constriction account.
Adopted by the City Council on February 27, 2001.
