FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING
EXEMPTION FOR PILGRIM LANE ELEMENTARY PTO
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Pilgrim
Lane Elementary PTO for a bingo and raffle event to be conducted on May 4, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfi l Gambling Exemption for Pilgrim Lane Elementary PTO for an
event to be conducted at Pilgrim Lane Elementary, 3725 Pilgrim Lane, on May 4, 2001. The City
fi rther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on February 13, 2001.
