RESOLUTION NO. 2001-077
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2001-06;
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 21 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY
CODE ENTITLED THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE (20174)
WHEREAS, on February 13, 2001, the Plymouth City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2001-06
amending the text of Chapter 21 of The Plymouth City Code entitled The Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance in the City's official newspaper, State Law
permits the publication of a summary approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the summary of Ordinance No. 2001-06, which is attached
to this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the summary of Ordinance
No. 2001-06, which is attached hereto and entitled Summary Ordinance No. 2001-07, for
publication in the City's official newspaper.
ADOPTED by the City Council on February 13, 2001.
