RESOLUTION NO. 2001-065
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL TORO 580D 16' MOWER
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2001 budget the purchase of one new current
model Toro 580D 16' mower; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State Contracts; and
WHEREAS, MTI (Minnesota Toro Co.) has a contract with the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO PURCHASE A NEW CURRENT MODEL TORO 580D
16' MOWER OFF THE STATE CONTRACT THROUGH MTI (Minnesota Toro Co.).
CONTRACT 4425965. THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE 580D IS $72,418.94 INCLUDING
STATE SALES TAX.
FURTHER, that the fiinding will be 602-1760-8004.
Adopted by the City Council on February 13, 2001.
