SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2001-047.
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN OUTLOT C
DRAKELAND BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage and utility
easements in Outlot C, Drakeland Business and Technical Center by Resolution No.
2001-047.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed until:
The final plat of Shadow Hills is recorded at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 2001.
