SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2001-046.
VACATING DEL PLACE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
SUNSET ACRES
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of Del Place within Sunset Acres
by Resolution No. 2001-046.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed until:
The final plat of Parkers Lake Shores is recorded at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 2001.
