RESOLUTION NO. 2001-047
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
OUTLOT C — DRAKELAND BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL CENTER
WI4EREAS, a petition was received to vacate the drainage and utility easement within Outlot C —
Drakeland Business and Technical Center; and
WI4EREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WI4EREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for January 23, 2001 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WIffiREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of January 23, 2001; and
WIffiREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WIffiREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on January 23, 2001 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of the drainage and utility easements within Outlot C — Drakeland
Business and Technical Center; and
WI4EREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public
purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
The drainage and utility easement as dedicated on the record plat of DRAKELAND
BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL CENTER and now to be vacated which lies within
Outlot C of said plat.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 2001.
