DESIGNATING SEH AS CONSULTANT TO PREPARE A
PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
PARKERS LAKE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
9TH AVENUE AND NIAGARA LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 1004
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with the preparation of a Preliminary Engineering
Report for drainage improvements at the south end of Parkers Lake; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal dated January 11, 2001, to provide
engineering services for the Parkers Lake drainage improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That SEH is designed as the consultant.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That fiinding in the amount of $16,400 is provided from
funding designated in the C.I.P. for Parkers Lake improvements.
FURTHER, that the City Engineer is authorized to have SEH proceed with the Preliminary
Report in accordance with their proposal dated January 11, 2001 for the Parkers Lake
Drainage Improvements, City Project No. 1004.
Adopted by the City Council on January 23, 2001.
