RESOLUTION NO. 2001-025
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
RT MINNEAPOLIS FRANCHISE LLC, D/B/A
RUBY TUESDAY
3405 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
RT Minneapolis Franchise, LLC, d/b/a Ruby Tuesday, 3405 Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no basis to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor License is hereby approved for RT Minneapolis
Franchise, LLC, d/b/a Ruby Tuesday, 3405 Vicksburg Lane, effective February 1, 2001, through
January 31, 2002. Issuance of the license is contingent on receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy.
Approved by the City Council on January 9, 2001.
