HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2001-020CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2001-020 TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT 36TH AVENUE AND WEST RAMPS HIGHWAY 169 CITY PROJECT NO. 9924 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To remove the existing traffic control signal and install a new traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption and signing on Think Highway No. 169 West Ramps at 36t1' Avenue North in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 81139R, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. FURTHER, that fiinding is designated from the 2000 C.I.P., Traffic Signals, in the amount of the amount of $75,000.00 Adopted by the City Council on January 9, 2001.
