HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2002-595CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2002-595 APPROVING AN INTERIM HOME OCCUPATION LICENSE FOR SANDRA PERREAULT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4810 QUIN WOOD LANE NORTH (2002129) WHEREAS, Sandra Perreault has requested an interim home occupation license to operate a residential housecleaning service out of her home at 4810 Quinwood Lane North, legally described as follows: Lot 9, Block 2, Tammie Middlemist Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Sandra Perreault for an interim home occupation license at 4810 Quinwood Lane North, subject to the following conditions: The interim home occupation license is approved for a housecleaning service in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on September 24, 2002 except as amended by this resolution. 2. To protect the health, safety and welfare of the community, operation of the cleaning service shall be subject to the following conditions: Compliance with Section 21145 of the Zoning Ordinance, relating to Home Occupations. 4. The applicant shall not park more than two cars on the street at any time related to the home occupation. The cars shall be parked in front of the applicant's home on their side of the street. 5. The interim home occupation license is valid for one year from the date of approval. The applicant may apply to the Zoning Administrator for renewal of the interim home occupation prior to expiration of the license. Resolution 2002-595 (2002129) Page 2 6. In the event that the applicant requests an amendment to these conditions within 18 months of the date of approval no application fee shall be charged.
