RESOLUTION NO. 2002-591
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
SUPER VALU, INC., DB/A/ CUB FOODS, 4445 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from
Super Valu, Inc. doing business as Cub Foods, 4445 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -
sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Super Valu, Inc., 4445 Nathan Lane, for the
period through January 31, 2003.
Approved by the City Council on December 17, 2002.
