RESOLUTION NO. 2002-570
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
CENTRAL PLANT WATER TOWER
PAINTING AND RECONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Increased and decreased miscellaneous repair quantities.
Adjustment of piping in a valve pit.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Central Plant Water Tower Painting and Reconditioning
Improvements, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to LeadCon, Inc., for Central Plant
Water Tower Painting and Reconditioning Improvements by adding $30,920.50 is approved:

THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$242,950.00
- Add 30,920.50
Adopted by the City Council on December 17, 2002.
$273,870.50
