RESOLUTION 2002-566
MODIFIED RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION TO
ALLOW THE TRANSFER OF LAND LOCATED AT 3500 PLYMOUTH
BOULEVARD TO THE LIFETIME FITNESS SITE LOCATED AT 3600 PLYMOUTH
BOULEVARD (2002143)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Lifetime Fitness and the City of Plymouth
which requests approval of a lot division/consolidation to allow the transfer of roughly
1,658 square feet of land from 3500 Plymouth Boulevard to the Lifetime Fitness site
located at 3600 Plymouth Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the existing lot arrangement for the subject properties is legally described on
Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for the subject properties is legally described
on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, on November 26, 2002, the City Council approved Resolution 2002-535 and
such resolution is hereby superceded and replaced by this modified resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request for lot division/consolidation by Lifetime Fitness and City of Plymouth, subject to
the following findings and conditions:
1. The lot division/consolidation is granted in accordance with the plan received by the
City on November 19, 2002, except as may be amended by this resolution.
2. Prior to issuance of building permits for the team locker room, the lot division shall be
recorded with Hennepin County.
