RESOLUTION NO. 2002-553
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
NECESSARY CUSTODIAL AND SECURITIES LENDING AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth would like to increase the safety of its' investment
portfolio though utilization of a third -party custodian, and
WHEREAS, the City has received and evaluated proposals from qualified firms for
custodial and securities lending services, and
WHEREAS, staff has concluded that an arrangement with US Bank for custodial and
securities lending services would be in the best interests of the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The Finance Director of the City of Plymouth is authorized to execute the necessary
custodial and securities lending agreements with US Bank.
Adopted by the City Council on December 17, 2002.
