RESOLUTION NO. 2002-548
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEY
DANIEL BEESON TO ACT AS THE HEARING OFFICER
FOR ALL ISSUES RELATING TO THE RELOCATION
CLAIMS OF RICHARD AND JANICE PICKERING
AND JAMES AND EVELYN ANDERSON
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it in the best interests of the City to appoint a hearing
officer for the relocation claims of Richard and Janice Pickering and James and Evelyn
Anderson; and
WHEREAS, Daniel Beeson has been recommended by the City Attorney's office and has
expressed a willingness to be appointed as the hearing officer;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that:
Daniel Beeson is appointed as the hearing officer for the purpose of making a
final determination on all issues relating to these relocation claims; and
2. Payment for the hearing officer will come from the County Road 101
constriction fiind.
