RESOLUTION NO. 2002-546
APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM FOR
RELOCATION EXPENSES FOR KATHY ARCHER
WHEREAS, Kathy Archer has filed a relocation claim as a former tenant of the property
at 3030 Highway 101; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has negotiated a settlement of this claim in the total
amount of $6,600 and Kathy Archer has signed a full and final release of all claims; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney recommends approval of payment for this settlement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota that the settlement with Kathy Archer be approved with payment coming from
the County Road 101 Constriction Account.
Adopted by the City Council on November 26, 2002.
