RESOLUTION NO. 2002-525
DESIGNATING BRA, INC. AS CONSULTANT FOR DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE
PREPARATION OF A PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
MEDICINE LAKE WATER QUALITY PONDS DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 2037
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with the preparation of a preliminary engineering report
for Medicine Lake Water Quality Ponds Design And Constriction; and
WHEREAS, the City has received proposals from six of the City's designated consulting
engineering firms to provide design and constriction engineering services for Medicine Lake
Water Quality Ponds; and
WHEREAS, the City staff is recommending accepting the proposal from Bonestroo Rosene
Anderlik and Associates dated September 27, 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into
all contracts necessary to secure the services of Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik and Associates for
design and constriction engineering services for the Medicine Lake Water Quality Ponds in
accordance with their proposal dated September 27, 2002 and authorize Bonestroo Rosene
Anderlik and Associates to proceed with a preliminary engineering report for Medicine Lake
Water Quality Ponds, City Project No. 2037.
Adopted by the City Council on November 12, 2002.
