RESOLUTION NO. 2002-524
APPROVING AN "ALL -WAY" STOP AT THE
INTERSECTION OF 48TH AVENUE AND BALSAM LANE
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the
safety of the public, a request that an "All -Way" Stop be installed at 48th Avenue and
Balsam Lane was received:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That an "All -Way" Stop be installed at the "T"
intersection of 48th Avenue and Balsam Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program (NTCP),
adopted by resolution No. 2002-326 on July 9, 2002, be initiated.
Adopted by the City Council on November 12, 2002.
