RESOLUTION NO. 2002-513
AUTHORIZING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS FOR THE SEVEN GREENS
DEVELOPMENT IN THE NORTHEAST QUADREANT OF VICKSBURG LANE AND
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, due to the narrower street design used in this development and the need to permit
access for larger vehicles, including emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, the City Engineer has recommended that "No Parking" signs be placed at certain
locations in the Seven Greens Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby, authorizes the installation of "No Parking"
signs at the following locations in the Seven Greens Development:
I. The north side of 50t1' Avenue, west of Terraceview Lane, including the outside of
"Friendship Green",
2. The north, east and west sides of "Friendship Green",
3. On the northwest side of Shenandoah Lane, between Terraceview Lane and 51st
Avenue,
4. On the west side of 51st Avenue, leading into the free right at Shenandoah Lane,
5. On 51 st Avenue on the outside of the "Meadow Green" traffic circle.
