RESOLUTION NO. 2002-510
APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILWAY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
PROJECT NO. 2021
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the preparation of final plans for the
constriction of Schmidt Lake Road bridge over the Canadian Pacific Railway; and
WHEREAS, the proposed road crosses the Canadian Pacific Railway right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, an agreement is required to work within the Canadian Pacific Railway right-of-
way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute the agreement as prepared by the Canadian Pacific Railway for the constriction
of Schmidt Lake Road bridge, street, and storm sewer.
FURTHER, that fiinding for the cost of the easement is provided as follows:
$1,000 (MSA Fund)
