RESOLUTION NO. 2002-484
APPROVING CHANGES TO EMPLOYEES FLEXIBLE BENEFIT ACCOUNT
PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Employee Flexible Benefit Account
Plan through which employees may establish accounts to pay certain expenses for health
and dental copays, prescriptions and child care expenses with pre-tax dollars; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed proposed changes to the plan, which would
allow employees to increase the unreimbursed medical expense deduction from $2,000 to
$3,000 per year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Employee Benefit Account
Plan is amended to increase the unreimbursed medical expense deduction from $2,000 to
$3,000 per year.
Adopted by the City Council on October 22, 2002.
