FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING
EXEMPTION FOR OAKWOOD ELEMENTARY PTA
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Oakwood
Elementary PTA for bingo and raffle events to be conducted on November 22, 2002.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Oakwood Elementary PTA for events
to be conducted at Oakwood Elementary, 17340 County Road 6, on November 22, 2002. The
City fiirther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on October 22, 2002.
