APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR
CITY OWNED PROPERTY AT 4020 COUNTY ROAD 101
COUNTY ROAD 101 IMPROVEMENTS
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8911
CITY PROJECT NO. 9005
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 2002-413, to list the subject
property with Bedrock Real Estate for $129,900; and
WHEREAS, Ilya Constriction Company has met the conditions set forth by City
Council in Resolution 2002-413; and
WHEREAS, Ilya Constriction Company has agreed to purchase the property for
the listed price of $129,900; and
WHEREAS, Ilya Constriction Company has agreed to remove the current
stricture and build either a single family home or twin -home on the site;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the purchase agreement between the City
and the property owner at 4020 County Road 101 is approved and the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
