APPROVING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 101 IMPROVEMENTS
T.H. 55 TO COUNTY ROAD 47
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9823
CITY PROJECT NO. 1026
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared Agreement No. PW -32-17-02 for the County Road 101
Improvements Project, T.H. 55 to County Road 47 and presented it to the City of Plymouth for
approval; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is for future maintenance purposes only, there is no cost to the City for
the improvement project:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Agreement No. PW -32-17-02 is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Manager
are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on October 8, 2002.
