RESOLUTION NO. 2002-438
AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR
THE RESERVE ADDITION (20092)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract, as noted on page 2 paragraph 3,
the developer is requesting extension of the completion date of the contract; and
WHEREAS, the reason for the request is due to the abnormally wet summer which has not
permitted the timely completion of the project; and
WHEREAS, the developer was to have completed constriction of Cheshire Lane to the
north plat boundary by September 1, 2002, in order to provide access to the adjacent
development, Glacier Vista; and
WHEREAS, the developer, Rottlund Homes, has agreed to temporarily provide alternative
access to Glacier Vista from Empire Lane to 54th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the request is to extend the completion date to November 1, 2002 to provide
the time required to complete the work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the completion date for the Development
Contract for The Reserve be extended from September 1, 2002 to November 1, 2002.
Adopted by the City Council on September 24, 2002.
