RESOLUTION NO. 2002-430
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
COUNTY ROAD 101 LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 9005
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the County Road 101 Landscape
Improvements Project and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Noble Nursery Retail Inc. of Blaine, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contract
with Noble Landscape of Blaine, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the County
Road 101 Landscape Improvements Project according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the
amount of $208,925.14.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
3. Funding will be from the MSA (402) Fund in the amount of $136,000.
