AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN THE LISTING AGREEMENT WITH
BEDROCK REAL ESTATE, INC. FOR THE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AT
4020 COUNTY ROAD 101
CITY PROJECT NO. 9005
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8911
WHEREAS, Bedrock Real Estate, Inc. is the City's real estate listing agent for the City -
owned properties purchased as part of the County Road 101 Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, this property will be sold in "as is" condition which includes the replacement
of the furnace, water heater and plumbing system to a licensed contractor only; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications will be required to be submitted to the City for
approval; and
WHEREAS, prior to occupancy on the property, the code violations listed in the inspection
report of October 9, 2001 will need to be completed and inspected by the City's Housing
Inspector, Warren Kulesa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to sign a revised Listing Agreement with Bedrock Real Estate, Inc. for the City -owned
property at 4020 County Road 101 at a listing price of $129,900
FURTHER: That the property will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) starting
on September 11, 2002 and ending on December 11, 2002.
Adopted by the City Council on September 9, 2002.
