RESOLUTION NO. 2002-407
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
GARLAND LANE AND 51sT AVENUE FROM SCHMIDT LAKE TO
APPROXIMATELY 750 FEET NORTH OF SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 2023
WHEREAS, Orrin Thompson Homes, Developers of Timber Creek Crossing Subdivision, will
undertake the improvement of Garland Lane and 51" Avenue from Schmidt Lake Road to
approximately 750 feet north of Schmidt Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on both sides
of Garland Lane and 51" Avenue within the City of Plymouth from Schmidt Lake Road to
approximately 750 feet north of Schmidt Lake Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to
install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Garland Lane and 51" Avenue within the City of
Plymouth from Schmidt Lake Road to approximately 750 feet north of Schmidt Lake Road.
Adopted by the City Council on September 9, 2002.
