RESOLUTION 2002-403
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR MINNESOTA CHAPTER #18 TELEPHONE PIONEERS
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by Minnesota
Chapter #18 Telephone Pioneers for raffles to be conducted on January 24, 2003, April 17, 2003,
and August 22, 2003.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Minnesota Chapter #18 Telephone
Pioneers for events at U.S. West Office Building, 9700 Schmidt Lake Road, on on January 24,
2003, April 17, 2003, and August 22, 2003. The City fiirther waives the 30—day approval waiting
period.
