HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2002-399CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2002-399 APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT FOR MUD LAKE PARK WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is currently constricting a neighborhood park referred to as Mud Lake Neighborhood Park; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to constrict a certain portion of trails on property currently owned by Three Rivers Park District; and WHEREAS, a Right of Entry Agreement has been written and agreed to by the two parties for the City to constrict trail on Three Rivers Park District property, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the Right of Entry Agreement between the City of Plymouth and Three Rivers Park District is hereby approved, and fiirther, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said agreement. Adopted by the City Council on August 27, 2002.
