RESOLUTION NO. 2002-395
APPROVING CONTRACT FOR TRANSIT CONSULTING
SERVICES WITH G.C. BENTLEY ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388, known as Plymouth Metrolink; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
adopt a resolution approving the contract of G.C. Bentley for transit consulting services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City hereby adopts this resolution
approving the contract for G.C. Bentley Associates, Inc. for transit consulting services at the
rate of $45.00 per hour from September 1, 2002 until August 31, 2003 and authorizes the
signatures of the Mayor and City Manager.
Adopted by the City Council on August 27, 2002.
