RESOLUTION NO. 2002-392
REVISING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
ELM CREEK WATER MANAGMENT ORGANIZATION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council appointed Chris O'Hagen as Director to the Elm Creek
Water Management Organization on January 8, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Council appointed Fred Moore as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek Water
Management Organization on April 9, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Mr. O'Hagen has requested that the City Council consider reversing the
appointments so that he would be appointed to the Alternate position and Mr. Moore would be
appointed as Director; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Moore is willing to serve in the Director position.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth City Council makes the following
appointments to the Elm Creek Water Management Organization for terms to expire January 31,
2005:
Fred Moore Director
Chris O'Hagen Alternate Director
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on August 27, 2002.
