HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2002-383CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2002-383 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5575 STATE HIGHWAY 169 (2002052) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Phillips Architects which requests approval of a lot consolidation for two lots to allow constriction of the Walser Collision Center at 5575 State Highway 169, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot consolidation for Phillips Architects, subject to the following conditions: 1. This approval is for a lot consolidation of two lots located at 5575 State Highway 169, in accordance with the plans received by the City on May 23, 2002. Parcel 2: Outlot E, Bass Lake Plaza, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County. Also except that part acquired by the County of Hennepin together with the right of access to County State Aid highway No. 18 by Deed Document No. 3883634. Resolution 2002-383 (2002052) Page 4 ATTACHMENT TWO (PROPOSED LEGAL DESCRIPTION) Outlot E and that part of Outlot D, Bass Lake Plaza and that part of Section 1, Township 118, Range 22 described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1; thence South 00 degrees 18 minutes 45 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 1,230.50 feet; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 206.37 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing South 89 degrees 41 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 308.63 feet to the northwest corner of said Outlot E; thence South 00 degrees 18 minutes 45 seconds East, along the west line of said Outlot E and it's southerly extension, a distance of 431.43 feet to the south line of said Outlot D; thence North 89 degrees 23 minutes 03 seconds East, along the south line of said Outlot D a distance of 100 feet to the southeast corner of said Outlot D; thence North 00 degrees 18 minutes 45 seconds West, along the east line of said Outlot D and the east line of said Outlot E, a distance of 280.90 feet; thence North 89 degrees 41 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 214.81 feet to the west right of way line of County Road 18 as recorded in Deed Document No. 3883634; thence Northerly along said west right of way line to the point of beginning.
