SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2002-377
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS, DRIVEWAY
EASEMENTS AND WATER ACCESS EASEMENT
WITHIN LOT 1 BLOCK 1 WINNEN ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of Drainage and Utility
Easements, Driveway Easements and Water Access Easement, Within Lot 1 Block 1
Winnen Addition by Resolution No. 2002-377.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolutions shall not be filed
until:
The replacement drainage and utility easements are submitted to the
City for recording at Hennepin County
Adopted by the City Council on August 13, 2002.
