RESOLUTION NO. 2002-375
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
TARGET CORPORATION, D/B/A TARGET STORE T-0664,
4175 VINEWOOD LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license from
Target Corporation, d/b/a Target Store T-0664, 4175 Vinewood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an off -sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved for Target Corporation, d/b/a Target
Store T-0664, 4175 Vinewood Lane, for the period through January 31, 2003, with the
following conditions:
1. All storage of alcohol on the premises shall be maintained in a locked area, as
verified by a premises survey conducted by the Police Department.
Approved by the City Council on August 13, 2002.
