RESOLUTION NO. 2002-374
AUTHORIZING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 27TH
AVENUE BETWEEN THE EAST DRIVEWAY OF 14920 AND THE DRIVEWAY AT
15020-27 TH AVENUE AND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 27TH AVENUE FROM 50 FEET
WEST TO 150 FEET EAST OF THE DRIVEWAY FOR THE BUSINESS AT 2600
NIAGARA LANE
WHEREAS, based on the trick turning radius, it is difficult for tractor -trailer tricks to exit the
driveway at 14920 - 27th Avenue with vehicles parked on both sides of the roadway; and
WHEREAS, the sight distance is limited for employees exiting the driveway at 14920 - 27th
Avenue, with parked vehicles on the north side of the roadway obstructing their view.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it hereby, authorizes the installation of signs at the
following locations: "No Parking" on the north side of 27th Avenue between the east driveway of
14920 and the driveway at 15020 - 27th Avenue and on the south side of 27th Avenue from 50
feet west to 150 feet east of the driveway for the business at 2600 Niagara Lane.
