RESOLUTION NO. 2002-371
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON
STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS
CEDAR VIEW ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 13, 2002 a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with respect to the improvement of Cedar View
Estates Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of mast arm residential street light;
and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on August 13, 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street lighting in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $2.15 per
lot bimonthly.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
9th day of September, 2002 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
